A postal parcel is a postal item of specified size and weight usually containing goods with or without commercial value.

There are domestic postal parcels (from/to the country) and international postal parcels (originating from or destined for another country).

International parcels can be sent by land or air.

The following limitations as to the size and weight of postal parcels apply:

- weight up to 20 kg;

- size - for each of the three dimensions (length, width and height) – from 100 mm to 600 mm.

- size – up to 1,5 meters for one of the three dimensions or 3 meters for the sum of the length and the biggest circumference, measured not by the length of the item.

Fragile parcels – containing objects that can be easily broken and whose processing requires special attention.

- domestic – up to 1 meter for one of the three dimensions (length, width and height).

For fragile and cumbersome parcels a higher price of the service applies.
