Project Transportation for the Employees of Bulgarian Posts Plc to and from the Bulgarian Exchange and Sorting Center

Project Goals:

• Supporting the mobility of Bulgarian Posts’ employees by providing transportation to and from work.
• Encouraging employees to stay with the company.
• Protecting employees’ incomes.

Target Groups:

• Postal employees who work at the Bulgarian Exchange and Sorting Center (BESC).
• A target group of over 440 people.

Project Activities: 

• Provision of transportation for more than 440 employees to and from their workplace in the BESC (which is located outside Sofia) in accordance with their working hours – two day shift and two night shifts.
• Organization of three routes of the buses: Center, North and South.
• Organization of the schedule of the buses with BESC always being the start and end point.

 Results:

• Transportation was organized for more than 440 employees at BESC.
• The employees were encouraged to stay with Bulgarian Posts Plc and to protect their incomes.
• Employees were provided with social benefits in the form of transportation in accordance with their working hours and place of residence.
