Project Activities:
- Training of employees over 55 to become trainers (mentors).
- Оn-the-job training conducted by mentors for front office employees.
- Supporting the activities of the trained trainers to conduct on-the-job trainings.
- Conducting group supervision with mentors and representatives of HR departments to assess learning outcomes.
- Development of training and career development plans for employees.
- Repairs, providing equipment and furnishing of a relaxation room at Bulgarian Posts’ headquarters.
Results:
- 85 employees over 55 years of age were trained as trainers to share their long-standing experience, knowledge and skills in the postal activity with their younger colleagues.
- 522 front office employees, cashiers and others who work directly with the clients of Bulgarian Posts Plc were trained to improve the quality of the services provided.
- Individual training and career development plans for over 2,500 young and promising employees in various positions were developed.
- A relaxation room was equipped providing conditions for rest and informal meetings during lunch breaks and off-hours.
- A manual for customer service was published.
