BULGARIAN POSTS RESUMES THE ACCEPTACE OF OUTBOUND INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AND NON-REGISTRED POSTAL ITEMS AND PARCELS FOR ALMOST ALL COUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES

    Bulgarian Posts Plc informs its customers that it resumes the acceptance of outbound international registered and non-registered letter-post items /correspondence, small packages, printed matter and secogrammes/ and parcels sent to almost all countries and territories.

    Due to canceled airline flights and ongoing measures to curb the spread of Covid-19, items are still not accepted for a small number of countries and territories.

    Items are not accepted for some countries and territories where hostilities are taking place.

    The countries and territories, for which registered and non-registered letter-post items /correspondence, small packages, printed matter and secogrammmes/, parcels and EMS shipments are not accepted, are listed in table below.

    Information about the countries, for which EMS items are accepted, is published on the website of EMS/Bulpost - https://emsbulpost.bg/.

    Due to the measures related to COVID-19, parcels, registered and EMS items may not be delivered in line with the established standards and deadlines, according to the provisions in the country of destination. The measures lead to inability to comply with the parameters of the services and quality standards.

     

    As of 19 May, 2022, outbound international registered and non-registered letter-post items /correspondence, small packages, printed matter and secogrammes/, parcels and EMS shipments are not accepted for:

    Brunei Darussalam
    Corea /Nord/
    Cuba
    East Timor
    Equaterial Guinea
    Grenada
    Lesotho
    Nicaragua
    Peru
    Russia
    Somalia
    South Georgia and The South Sandwich islands
    South Sudan
    Swaziland
    Syria
    Tajikistan
    Trinidad and Tobago
    Yemen
