BULGARIAN POSTS GRADUALLY RESTORE ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES

Bulgarian Posts Plc informs its customers that, in view of the cyber-attack on 16 April 2022, the company’s team is making every effort to restore all activities and services as soon as possible.
As of 29 April, 2022, the company resumes the delivery of international letter-post items and parcels, for which no claims are due.
We remind customers that domestic items sent by corporate and individual customers are accepted. The price for delivery has to be paid by bank transfer. The following bank accounts can be used:

Customers should go to a post office to have the weight of the items measured and the price calculated, following which they need to make a payment by bank transfer.
Domestic items without cash-on-delivery are delivered.
As of 12 o’clock on 29 April, 2022, it is possible for ENERGO PRO customers to pay their bills at post offices. The post offices list is published here and it will be constantly updated.
Tax returns can be sent at post offices with the price of the service being paid by bank transfer.
On 30 April, 2022 post offices will remain closed. Only the post offices, where ENERGO PRO customers can pay their bills as per the enclosed list, will be open.
The company is working hard to restore bills payment services and money transfers at post offices.
