DELAY IN PROCESSING AND DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

The UK Post Office in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is advising that due to a fire at an electrical substation, Heathrow Airport was closed on 21 March 2025. This incident affects all inbound and outbound mail flows through Heathrow on 21 March and in the following days, and will cause delays in the processing and delivery shipments are expected.  

Customers will be informed when the situation returns to normal.
