DELAY IN THE PROCESSING AND DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS IN SLOVAKIA

The postal operator of Slovakia informs that due to an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in cattle, special emergency measures have been introduced in the country, effective from March 21, 2025. Until further notice, the following regulations apply to the delivery of shipments and postal services:

Postal shipments to the affected premises will be stored at the respective post office for the duration of the emergency measures. The post office/courier will inform the recipient by phone or email that the shipments have been held. The following postal codes areas are affected:  

Medveďov  930 07

Ňárad 930 06

Baka 930 04

Malá Lúč 930 03

Plavecký Štvrtok 900 68 

Inbound shipments to Slovakia may be subject to delays due to border control measures.  

Clients will be informed once the situation returns to normal.
