DELAY IN THE PROCESSING AND DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

The postal operator of the Czech Republic informs that due to an unforeseen power outage affecting the entire country, all IT systems are currently in an inoperable state. As a result, all customer service activities for all types of shipments, as well as shipment tracking, have been temporarily suspended.  

Customers will be informed once the situation returns to normal.
