DELAY IN THE PROCESSING AND DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS IN FRANCE

The postal operator of France informs that, following a serious network incident on 22 December 2025, it is experiencing IT problems that are disrupting its information systems and operational processes. As a result, there are delays in the processing and delivery of incoming and outgoing international shipments.  

Customers will be notified when the situation normalizes.
