THE MANAGEMENT AND TRADE UNIONS OF BULGARIAN POSTS HAVE SIGNED A NEW COLLECTIVE LABOUR AGREEMENT

The management of Bulgarian Posts has signed a new Collective Labour Agreement for the period June 2024 - June 2026 with the Trade Union Federation of Communications - TUFC, the Federation of Communications “Podkrepa” and the Democratic Union of Communications.

Social benefits of importance for employees have been kept, for example food vouchers, provision of safe and healthy working environment, training, upgrading of qualifications and professional development of staff. The funds for social spending and their amount will be agreed every year within the framework of the Council for Social Partnership.

“The constructive negotiations were held in a short period of time in a spirit of dialogue and mutual understanding,” - commented the CEO of Bulgarian Posts Tzvetilia Stoilkova at the signing of the CLA.

The management of Bulgarian Posts is convinced that the company’s employees deserve decent remuneration, since the prosperity of the company depends on each of them.

A review of employee remuneration will be discussed, and will be aligned with the financial situation of the company. It is generally agreed that fairer salary growth is tied to profit generation. The new management of the company will work together with the Council for Social Partnership in this direction.
